We accept the following payment methods:

Shipping

We only ship parcels within the EU except Canary Islands, Finland and Malta. All parcels are shipped with PostNL.
We do not ship to countries outside the EU or to destinations overseas which includes North Ireland, Norway, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

Shipping rates within the Netherlands

All orders are being delivered by PostNL with Track and Trace.
The shipping costs within the Netherlands are 6,95€.

Orders from 55€ get free shipping!

Shipping rates within the EU

All orders within the EU are being shipped as packages and will be delivered by your local mail service. You can track your package via PostNL or via the link you’ll receive in your email, once your order has been processed by PostNL. We only ship to countries available in the list at the checkout. The shipping rates vary for each country and will be calculated at the checkout. 

Orders from 149€ get free shipping!

Return

If products arrive damaged (broken seal, etc…) or the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it unopened and unused within 14 days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

However, perishable products such as sclerotia (or grow kits), cannot be returned as they can be no longer sold and therefore would need to be disposed. These products have a very limited shelf life and are sensitive to temperatures outside the fridge.

Shipping, Payment and Return

We deliver to most countries within the EU (excl. Canary Islands, Denmark and Malta) under the mutual recognition of goods. Beware that all products are legal in the Netherlands. It is your responsibility to check the legal status in your own country. We are not responsible for confiscated or lost products. We can’t offer refunds in such cases.

However, we do not ship to countries outside the EU or to destinations overseas which includes North Ireland, Norway, Switzerland and United Kingdom. 

Magic truffles, which contain the psychoactive compound psilocybin, are permitted for sale and consumption in the Netherlands. Additionally, the purchase and use of grow kits to cultivate psilocybin mushrooms is permitted as well.

It’s important to note that laws and regulations regarding the possession, sale, and use of psychoactive substances such as magic truffles and magic mushrooms can vary by country and even by region. It is in your responsibility to check the legislation in your country or area before you place an order. In case of doubt, it is recommended to consult a lawyer. We are not responsible for confiscated or lost products. We can’t offer refunds in such cases.

As soon as your order is paid your package will be ready within 24h. We send packages from Monday – Friday (excl. holidays) via Post NL.

The delivery within the Netherlands takes 1-2 days. The delivery within the EU takes in average 2-5 days, depending on the accessibility of the destination address (e.g. destination at remote locations or islands can experience a longer delivery time). If you live remotely, you can check the delivery times directly at PostNL.

We are not responsible for confiscated or lost products. We can’t offer refunds in such cases.

No. All packages are packed discretely with no indication of the content therefore you don’t have to worry that someone can recognize what is in your package.

Yes, after your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email from PostNL with your tracking link.

All packages are being shipped within 24h after receiving the payment. As soon as the package is handed over to the shipping company you can track it via tracking link. You receive a tracking link as soon as the package is scanned and handled by the carrier. From that point on, the carrier is responsible for a timely delivery.

If your package didn’t get delivered on time it can be for the following reasons:

  • Shipping address you entered is not correct, incomplete or has a typo (in this case, please contact us as soon as possible!)
  • You have active forwarding to a different address or PO box (often needs approval by recipient for the package to be delivered to the forwarded address)
  • Recipient not reachable (please doublecheck your email address and telephone number to ensure correctness for correspondence with the carrier in case of delivery issues)
  • Temporary issues with logistics or delivery process (technical issues, weather conditions, accidents, demonstrations, political issues, etc…)

Please note that in case of confiscated or lost packages we can’t offer a refund.
