The sale and use of fresh sclerotia (“Magic Truffles”) is legal in the Netherlands. It is permitted for recreational and experimental use as well as for sessions (e.g. psychedelic retreats). However, processing sclerotia is not allowed which includes drying, capsuling, extracting, etc… . Processing sclerotia is therefore considered illegal for commercial and private purposes. Magic Mushrooms are prohibited, however tools for cultivation (grow kits) are allowed. Please note that cultivation kits are not permitted in some European countries, it is your responsibility to check on the legal status in your country respectively the country you want your package to be delivered to.
